The Foundation undertake its mandate through the following objectives:
Identify, train, empower and sponsor women leaders to possess the capabilities as a leader of the highest level of management (C-Suite) such as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director (MD), Chairman (Chairman) as well as board members at GLCs, GLICs & PLCs and others in addition to scrutinise the potential of developing women entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally. Special focus are amongst students from B40/M40 families
Develop women leaders with high professional ethical attributes and values in line with the nation's aspiration for women to play an important role in the country's economic development
Develop strategy to produce women leaders at all levels especially in top management leadership (C-Suite) locally and overseas
Identify, assist, sponsor and polish women's talents amongst B40 in line with the country's national economic development
To assist, guide and act as a mentor to women entrepreneurs among B40/M40 to be competitive in global market
